So they installed a carb kit which doesn't come with float, Just needle and seat and gaskets. They would have had to order float extra. Dul!! But they did not ( said float is ok ) LOL ! and said tiller is fixed and they would deliver it next day. Well when they delivered the tiller I wanted to hear it run so I set the choke and pulled the cord gas puke out of the exhaust (which I have never seen it do before), and the girl delivering it said I set the choke to much that is what cause it to puke gas. So I took her word for it and later that day I went to start tiller so I could till with it and it was still puking gas and running out the carb. Gas was also leaking on the ground and plus the crank case was full of gas now!! Apparently tiller was not fixed but even worse than before they work on it! So I called them to have it picked up again to see what is wrong with it. They had it for two weeks and not telling me anything, So I called them and they told me they will have to call briggs and stratton to figure out what to do about this gas problem ( What a joke) I made a few calls and found out there are only three things that could cause gas to get in crank case and puke out the exhaust ( Needle/seat or Float). So they had to change the oil and get all the gas out of places where it should not go and install a new spark plug / new float and plus they are charging me for pick up and delivery again ( What a joke) All this extra work could have been prevented by changing out my 20 year old float with new one. They now charging me 171$ for a repair that should of been about 100$ or less!!! Since they changed the float out I don't see any gas puking out the exhaust or carb or leaking on ground!! I feel like they double charged me for the labor ( What A Joke) So I will leave it to whom ever reads this review!! Its your decision to deal with these crooks!! WARNING !!!! This is why you should not deal with this company, I needed my tiller worked on, it was puking gas out of the carb. So I called this company. I told them I think it might be the carb float sticking or malfunctioning and they said they could fix it. They came and picked it up and they called me next day and said they will install a carb kit to fix it. I said great how much will it cost, they told me it should be under a 100$ I said okay.
